Playgroup Takes Webb Bridge Park by Storm!

Maya, Julian and I gathered at the park one hot Tuesday (at least 75) in March.  (Don't you feel sorry for us with our Georgia weather?)

We decided to put the Mommies to work right away.  Here we are "ridin' on the train" while our Mommies turn the wheel to get us going.

Hmm, what's next--Slides? Running? Swings? Grabbing other kid's soccer balls? Teeter totters?   One thing is for sure--we were so fast we outran the camera every time!

Moving along...Maya and I carve out a little quiet time together in the shade...

"Well
hello Maya!  Aren't you looking nice today with your little pigtails?  Oh, me?  I am just enjoying a sip of milk before I climb to the top of the slide all by myself.  Why yes, I can climb all by myself, didn't you know?"

"Wow!  You mean I get to share your veggie chips?  I thought you'd never ask."

"I am profusely honored by your refined manners and find myself grateful for your generous offer."

"Oops, I am afraid our hands just touched!"

                     What's the Point?

With the advent of spring, our darling Gareth works on another means of self-expression.  To use Elmo's phrase "la dah dah dah":  the point

(Our favorite is when he uses "the point" to tell us to do something, most notably "Go get it Mama" when the ball has rolled out of reach.)

He's got it, indeed
